Acceptance

By installing or using Credit Owl, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Credit Owl grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal credit-tracking purposes only.

Informational use

All recommendations, projections, tips, and notifications are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for verifying information with your issuer and for your own credit decisions.

Subscriptions, tiers & free trial

Credit Owl offers a Free tier and a paid Pro tier. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID, available on a monthly or annual plan. Eligible new subscribers may receive a free trial; the trial length and price are shown on the subscription screen before you confirm. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before any trial ends, your Apple ID will be charged for the plan you selected, and your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.

From time to time we may offer promotional or partner discount codes that you redeem through Apple's offer-code sheet. Discounted pricing applies as described at redemption and is subject to Apple's terms; standard renewal pricing applies afterward unless stated otherwise.

You can manage or cancel your subscription, including ending a free trial, at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or use Credit Owl in any way that violates law or the App Store Terms of Service.

Disclaimer of warranty

Credit Owl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendation will produce a particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credit Owl and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any credit, financial, or score-related outcomes arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
